What is “CoCreative Leadership?”
Most leadership programs tell people how to lead from the top down.
In Equiterra, we CoCreate a collaborative container of transformation.
We steward activities of inner and outer development which build skills like values alignment, creative self-expression, conscious conflict management, essential diversity of thought and embracing of ambiguity.
These essential skills enable organizational and interpersonal resilience, innovation, dynamism and hope.
Equiterra refuses to be over-designed.
We commit to providing what is emergent and necessary given each group’s CoCreative needs.
Our experiences are rooted in collective creation and intentional education - where we all are both students and teachers, sharing the best we have, with each other, so that all can achieve their goals.
